Apple Scab: We are now in the "Final Phase" of ascospore maturity and release. Do not let your guard down yet. Scab lesions resulting
from the infection period on May 4-5 have been observed on middle-age cluster leaves .
Fire Blight: During the next few days we will have accumulated enough degree days from May 8 to allow for symptoms of blossom
blight to be visible if infection did indeed take place.
Codling Moth: We have begun to catch CM in pheromone traps and will track degree days.
