Vole Management
Voles can cause extensive damage by girdling trees and damaging roots in the winter when other food sources are scarce. The following is part of a table that appeared in the 1999 June issue of the Vermont Apple Newsletter. It provides a timeline of vole management activities for the autumn and winter.
